LIABILITY
These firearms are classified as a dangerous weapon
and are sold by Springfield Minutemen with the express
understanding that Springfield Minutemen assumes no
liability for the unsafe use or handling of this
firearm. These firearms are sold in compliance with all
federal, state, and local laws. Springfield Minutemen
assumes no responsibility for the physical injury or for
any property damage which may result from intentional or
accidental discharge of these firearms. Springfield
Minutemen will not be responsible for incidents beyond
our control which may result from careless handing,
unauthorized adjustments defective or improper
ammunition , corrosion or neglect. Misuse of this
firearm may cause serious injury or death and all
liability concerning use resulting in damages is assumed
by the buyer. Springfield Minutemen highly recommends
that you participate in a qualified firearms safety and
instructional program on these particular firearms.
Firearms are not warranted for their shootability , and
so the buyer assumes all liability for their
shootability. Springfield Minutemen warrants firearms in
our shop and premises only No warranty once they leave
our property is expressed or implied.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any firearms made after 1898 require a signed FFL
copy to ship. We accept credit cards on face to face
transactions at gun shows and in the shop. There will be
a 5% CHARGE ON ALL CREDIT CARDS, NO QUESTIONS. We accept
certified funds for all sales. Personal checks are accepted on deposit
and layaways. All shipping is usually done within 24 hours. Personal checks
are accepted but shipping will not occur until the check
clears. Certified funds are the fastest method. Our
return policy is three days inspection on firearms, NO
EXCEPTIONS! Firearms must be returned completely unharmed, unaltered, and
totally as sent. They must be shipped from you within 72 hours of your
receiving them. Money returned will be for full purchase price less
shipping. Shipping is $40 for long arms. All long arms
will be shipped this way unless otherwise specified. Other items will be
charged $15 for shipping. I usually ship firearms USPS Priority Mail and
all others Express Mail when possible. Buyers assume all insurance claims
in the event merchandise is damaged in shipping. All brand named merchandise
is warranted by the manufacturer. Springfield Minutemen warrants products
made by us for parts, material, and workmanship only. No liability for
injury or damage is expressed or implied. Price is subject to change at
any time. We are not responsible for misprints We try very hard to hold
the line. Much of what we do, such as assembly or
disassembly of firearms for repair work, we do not
charge you for. All repairs on antique firearms are
warranted for parts and workmanship. No shootability
or warranty is ever expressed or implied. We have devoted
ourselves to being a one stop shop for 19th century
firearms shooters. Our stock consists of firearms from
100 years ago in order to promote this fast growing sport. We also stock
all the shooting and reloading gear needed to shoot with tack driving accuracy
from many firearms that most people would never give a second
chance. We will instruct you in the techniques to shoot
smokeless and black powder safely. Our firearms are of the highest quality
available. Only 1 in 10 make it to our catalog. We have become very selective.
You, the shooter, will get the best possible firearm for the
money. All firearms are inspected before being sold.
Many advanced shooters take advantage of our custom
shop. Custom alterations of almost any type can be
arranged. We are here to serve you, the shooter. Call
us if you don't see what you want in the catalog. We will
get it or make it, if possible. Our staff has the
shooting and loading experience to help with almost any
